Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and with all tags/bills intact.

Items covered under brand warranty/guarantee must be taken to the respective brand’s authorized service center for repair or replacement, as per their policy.

Returns are not accepted for items that are damaged due to misuse, used products, or products without original packaging.

Refunds/replacements will be processed only after the returned item is inspected and approved.
